Projects Due Soon ....
One more week remaining - it's "Crunch Time"
I can not reiterate it enough - you MUST BE RESPONSIBLE for your own efforts in a group project. If you choose not to participate, then your grade alone will be reduced. Now its time for you to step-up and make the final effort to ensure success. If you need help just ask - I am always an email away.

Chef Wooden, a native of Miami, Florida graduated from Johnson and Wales University with a degree in culinary arts. He began his cooking career in 1988 where he started out as a dish washer/porter. While washing dishes he started to observe each and every chef in the kitchen and began to ponder about his future. A chef of his saw the passion in his eyes and took on the task to train and mentor the young culinarian. Having no experience under his belt, Chef Wooden realized very quickly the demands and rewards of becoming a chef.
One to never quit, he stood by his chef; memorizing every aroma, taste and plate presentation that would go out of the kitchen. Before realizing it, four years passed and he knew it was time to move on and advance his career. With a brave heart and spatula in hand, Chef Wooden moved to the position of Sous Chef at a local restaurant where he managed the kitchen for eight years.
